Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is established in Sweden and Spain. We are Sweden's largest nationwide and independent real estate chain and are experts in the local housing market with 230 stores and 1,250 employees across the country.
In Spain, we are growing rapidly and are now represented in several locations, such as the holiday paradise Mallorca, the big city Madrid, the Spanish south coast and the sunny Canary Islands.
Our local stores are run by dedicated franchisees and the group is owned by over 700 employees.

Many homeowners in Sweden experience difficulties in having a complete overview of their home, its contents, and documentation. This can include everything from renovation history and warranties to receipts and maintenance plans. House:ID's solution addresses this need by giving each home a unique digital ID.
